Q. Do I need to buy an adult ticket?

 One adult ticket is included in the price.

You can buy extra adult tickets for £5 cash from the box office on the day. In busy periods we cannot guarantee a seat for all adults.

Q. Can children come to the show unaccompanied?

We want everyone to have a great experience, we therefore request that every child is accompanied by an adult.

For large groups of children we recommend that at least two adults take part.

Q. Why can't I make a booking?

We have been experiencing some technical issues with our booking system and people trying to book using a mac computer have been unable to do so.

If you experience these problems please contact Adam at View London on 0870 428 6998 who will be happy to take your booking over the phone.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Q. Are the staff at Santa's Secret Village CRB checked?

Yes! All our staff have a valid CRB check and are experienced in working with children.

Q. Can we buy tickets on the day?

Yes, possibly. View London will be selling the tickets  and stop 24hrs before the date of the activity. Please call us on 07932 806 151 or try your luck at the booking office at Santa's Secret Village in the Christmas market.

Q. When do we get the photograph?

The photograph in a frame will be ready for collection at the end of the activity from the Santa's Secret Village box office. Please remember to collect! It may take a few minutes to process the photo. Please be patient or pop back later to collect.

Q. What if we don't want the photo?

The photo is included in the price of the activity.

Q. Can I bring my push chair inside?

Yes we are able to accommodate folded push chairs inside. Please note that you leave them at your own risk. Please respect the fact that space is limited.

Q. Can I bring my baby?

An audience with Santa is recommended for children two years and above.

If you do decide that your baby would enjoy the experience, then you will need to pay for a full price ticket.

Q. Can adults participate without children?

No. This is an experience for children only.

However, you may book this activity for an adult group for a staff party! Groups must be 10 or more. Please call us direct if you would like to book.

Q. Will Mrs. Claus be there?

We regret that Mrs Claus will not be decorating gingerbread this year.

Q. What are the rules at Santa's Secret Village?

No Food or Drink

No Feeding

No Nappy Changing

Photographs are allowed of your own child only.

Please consider all guests at Santa's Secret Village with regard to your child's behaviour.

Q. Are there toilets close by?

Yes there are toilets and baby changing facilities within the Southbank Centre.
